      蔬菜功能基因课题组目前成员为4名,其中研究员1名、副研究员1名,助理研究员2名。农科英才B类(国家优青)1人,所级英才1人。目前在读博士后1名,博士6名,硕士10名,技术人员4名。

二、研究方向
      蔬菜功能基因组课题组主要围绕我国蔬菜产业发展中对优质品种的重大科技需求,以重要蔬菜作物黄瓜、番茄和马铃薯为研究对象,从蔬菜基因组学研究的基础出发,针对决定蔬菜作物产量、品质形成、以及营养吸收利用的遗传机理开展深入研究。迄今共发表80多篇SCI论文,被SCI他引5000多次,其中在国际权威学术期刊Nature、Science、Nature Genetics、Nature Plants、Plant Cell和PNAS上发表十余篇学术论文。研究解决蔬菜作物的重大基础生物学问题,确立了我国在蔬菜基因组学领域的国际领先地位,提升了蔬菜学科基础研究的国际影响力,也为培育我国优良蔬菜品种奠定重要的理论基础。
